Camping Rules & Information

The 3-Day GA Pass includes camping for Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. NO VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED ON THE CAMPGROUNDS, unless you get an RV spot. If you lose your parking pass or wristband you will have to pay again (no exceptions). If you buy an RV spot, you must keep your RV in the park until the event is over. You will NOT be allowed to come and go with your RV. If you have an RV spot and you want to leave, you may leave but not return without paying again if there is still space available.

Camping Rules & Regulations

For the safety of everyone attending CRTN, we ask that everyone follow this short list of rules and regulations.

  • No pets allowed.
  • No campfires will be allowed.
  • Certified propane fueled fire rings or cook stoves may be used ONLY as long as they are used in accordance with the manufacture’s recommendations.
  • No outside beverages will be allowed in the concert area.
  • Only self-sustained RV’s permitted. No tents.
  • Please place all trash in the nearest trash bin, no littering. There are dedicated receptacles for trash, recycling, compost and cigarette butts. Please use them.
  • Park closes on Monday, August 12 at 12PM PDT.
  • Have a great time!

A guide to parking your RV at Cariboo Rocks the North Music Festival

For the safety of everyone attending CRTN, we ask that everyone follow this short list of rules and regulations.

  • All belongings must stay within your designated RV-area boundaries.
  • All spots are assigned at the time of move-in. If you are traveling in a group, please do your best to show up together
  • We are not responsible for damage or theft to RVs or personal property placed in the RV Camping Area. It is your responsibility to secure your belongings to keep them safe-guarded from fire, damage, or theft.
  • There will be no power provided. Primitive spots only.
  • All spots will be sold in advance.
  • Any remaining spots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at the gate.
  • All RVs attending CRTN will be required to park in these areas.
  • One RV pass will be required for each RV and will include FOUR (4) wristbands for access to the campsite. Additional wristbands may be purchased for an additional cost.
  • No outside alcoholic beverages of any kind may be brought into the concert grounds. There will be alcoholic beverages available to purchase inside the festival area.
  • Violators may be asked to leave (without any refund) and prohibited narcotics will be confiscated.
  • Prior to entry on the grounds, all campers agree to a search of their vehicles, backpacks, coolers, etc.
  • No lighter fluid or charcoal or wood that would have an open flame is allowed (small grills using small propane tanks only)
  • No pets may be brought into the festival and/or camping grounds. Violators will be asked to leave (without any refund).
  • Once an RV is parked in a designated space, it cannot move to another space. If you leave you will surrender your RV pass and will have to pay to re-enter.
  • If you have a tow vehicle you will be allowed to drop your trailer and take your tow vehicle outside to park. You will only be allowed to make one return trip inside the gate for the purpose of hooking up your RV to leave the park at the end of the weekend.
  • RV lots will be approximately 18 feet x 40 feet.
  • Everyone in an RV must possess a regular festival ticket to enter. Each RV will only need one RV pass to enter. There will be a special RV pass required for each RV to enter the festival grounds.
  • If you purchase VIP tickets and have an RV you will still need to purchase an RV spot.
  • Sorry, no water hookups are available, so fill up before you enter. You cannot fill up your water tanks in the park.
  • Under no circumstances will an RV be permitted to enter the camping area without a pass.
  • Your RV Parking Pass should be visibly placed on your windshield. There will be absolutely no reissues for lost or stolen passes! Do not let anyone borrow your pass; you will forfeit your spot.
  • No personal motorized vehicles will be permitted. This includes but is not limited to: golf carts, ATVs, motor scooters, and powered skateboards. For safety reasons, any form of transportation that would carry you faster than a walking pace will not be allowed. This applies to all areas: camping, parking and the concert venue.
